Payment and cancelation conditions

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged GBP 5.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
One child under 12 years is charged GBP 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
